One client for every mailbox you have

OneMail is a mail client that runs on your own infrastructure. It reads Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Fastmail, iCloud, Zoho and any IMAP server, keeps a local index of all of them, and puts them in one window. The assistant lives one click away when you want it.

Three things that matter

01

Every mailbox, one window

Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Fastmail, iCloud, Zoho or any IMAP server. Read them side by side and search across all of them.

02

Your mail, indexed locally

A local database keeps a copy of every mailbox with a full-text index over it, so the list opens from that index instead of a round trip.

03

Keys for everything

Archive, star, snooze, reply, undo. Every action has a key, and every action can be taken back.

What works where

Every mailbox family the client connects, and what each one really supports. Where a provider has no equivalent operation, that affordance is hidden rather than shown and failing.

A dash means the mailbox has no equivalent operation, so that affordance is hidden rather than shown and failing. Everything else — triage, replies, digests, calendar — works the same way.

One client. Every mailbox. Yours to run.

OneMail is open source and the client is free. Run it on your own infrastructure, and you only pay for what actually costs money: Google mail at $4.99 CAD a mailbox, and the tokens the assistant uses.
